At Payfisia, we’re committed to ensuring your Tablecloths , Bedding , and Napkins —like the Caramel Linen Tablecloth and Amber Warmth Linen Bedding Set—live up to your expectations. Exchange
- We do not provide direct exchange services.
- When placing an order, customers are required to confirm all details (size, design, quantity, etc.). Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to issues such as choosing the wrong item, size, design or shipping address. To receive another item, return your order for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order at payfisia.com .
Cancel order
- Timeframe : You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing your order. After this time, your order may have been processed or shipped and will not be able to be cancelled.
- Order Cancellation Fee : The order cancellation fee will be 10% of your total order value.

- 30 Day Return Window : You have 30 days from the delivery (tracked) date to request a return. Requests after 30 days will be considered accepted by the customer and will not be eligible for a refund.

- The design, size or material of the product is different from the product you ordered.
