Shipping Times

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed Monday to Friday within 1-2 business days, then shipped the next business day. We do not process or ship on weekends or holidays.
  • Transit Times (after processing):

    • United States: 2-5 business days
    • International: 20-25 business days

  • Note: Transit times are estimates and may vary due to global conditions, customs clearance, or carrier delays. Additional delays of 10-15 business days may occur – thank you for your understanding!

Shipping Fees

Our flat-rate shipping fees cover all costs – order as many items as you like for one simple rate:

  • International: $19.99 USD

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
  • Tracking updates may take 1-3 business days to appear as carriers process your package.
  • No updates yet? Your package is likely still in transit – please hang tight! If it’s delayed beyond the estimated time, email support@payfisia.com with your order number, and we’ll assist you within 2-3 business days.

Ensure Your Address Is Correct

  • Double-check your delivery details before placing your order! Incorrect or incomplete information may delay your shipment, result in a return to sender, or require us to cancel the order.
  • We may contact you to verify or correct your address. Customs clearance for international orders can also cause delays – please plan accordingly.

Incorrect Address

  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by you.
  • If you redirect a package after it leaves our warehouse, we cannot cover loss, theft, or damage during transit.
